A hearty congrats to Chef Richard Blais for his second Elimination Challenge win! Despite a rough start to the episode, with an idea of his used by one of his competitors, he stayed strong and succeeded in creating a winning dish, with help from his sous chef Fabio. The combination of snapper and pulled pork with polenta was nicely balanced and impressed the guest judges, Paula Deen and John Besh.
